Korean Air, America's largest Asian airline, recently unveiled its new lounge at Los Angeles Airport (LAX). The airline currently operates an A380 to Los Angeles twice a day and is remodeling the Wilshire Grand Hotel in downtown Los Angeles, a $1 billion project. Hanjin Group, which owns Korean Air, bought the hotel in 1989 and got approval from city officials for remodeling in 2011.
